Amanda White is the owner and operator of Vitality Bowls, a new superfood cafe located next to the Regal Cinema in the Barkley Village. Amanda describes what it was like stepping outside her comfort zone in her journey of becoming a local business owner and the learning curve that came with buying into a franchise, which is the first of its kind in Washington State.
